Field Trips & Certification Tours are designed for DIA students and teachers to have first-hand observations and cultural experiences, directly linked to student learning outcomes.
DIA students participate in various day field trips and overnight study tours throughout the academic year.
Grade 5 students will learn about conservation & gain certification in Sea Turtle Conservation
Grade 6 students will be gaining a certification in wildlife conservation.
Grade 8 students will gain a certificationin Environmental Stewardship.
Grade 11 students embark on a trip based on service learning, giving back to the community, & global citizenship.
